Default Has anyone used a Stefan Audio art Endorphin PC?

Stefan Audio Art sells a PC that they say is geared toward headphone use. I was wondering if anybody out there has tried one, particularly on a headphone amp. If so please comment

Mine is en route. Will connect to air conditioner for fast break in and then compare to Zu Bok, PS Audio Plus SC and Telos Golden Reference. Should be fun.

Actually, I was hoping it might lower the noise..
I got the Endorphin today. The manual says the Endorphin shouldn't be used with anything that uses more than 10amps. Not sure if this AC in my apartment uses more than that, better safe than sorry I guess, so there goes the AC break-in plan.

Anyway, I got the Endorphin today and immediately placed it between the power conditioner and the DAC1 USB to replace the stock DAC1 power cable. Of course, I had to listen first even with 0 hours of break-in. I was immediately impressed - clarity and detail, I think, doubled. Soundstage was wide open. The description of the cable on SAA's website is pretty accurate - pretty much what I heard. I really love the light weight of this cable, very easy to handle and won't make my relatively small components (DAC1, Arietta) stick up in the air like when connected to some heavy cables.

The Endorphin does seem a bit more fragile than my other ones, but not really a problem as long as nobody steps on it.

Break-in continues...

I have reached the recommended 96 hours. I switched back to the stock cable, listened, and it sounded dull, and grey. With the Endorphin I can hear the cello's (Bach Cello Suite, Rostropovich) articulation better, it sounds more visceral and as if a veil was removed. That's what I meant by clarity. This is pretty much how I'd describe the Equinox cable also. Thinking about getting a second one.

thanks for your report. I'm sure myself, the OP, and others would be interested in a comparison with the other cords you mentioned (or others)
