Nothing wrong with it from the looks of things, dude is just not charging much for it. Whiplashaudio.com sells a $35USD LOD that is probably nicer. The parts are about as lowprice as you can get, 28awg SPC, neutrik plug, and so on - but LODs are time consuming to build right, most of the cost is labor.
