I had BJC make me a cable w/ regular male RCA's on one end & male 1/4" TS connectors on the other end (Rca into my integrated amp; 1/4 TS into the speaker outs of the Duet breakout cable; cost something like $55 shipped)...
I got the same fix at Radio Shack. I would be interested in others view, but I find Blue Jeans hard to deal with, and particularly hard to place an order from.

For a custom cable like this, you'd have to send an e-mail to BJC describing what you want. When they reply, you'll be given exact pricing information and a link to a custom orders page where you can place the order and pay with PayPal or another method. When I ordered my custom interconnects, there were e-mails ping-ponging back and forth almost in real time, and Alan did a great job of answering my questions and seeing the order through.

No, we're talking about two mono RCA to 1/4" TRS cables which the Duet (and other devices designed for music recording) need to connect to regular hi-fi gear.
The web site shows the Lisa 3 as having RCA inputs, so you'd just need a regular pair of RCA to RCA cables.
I got the following Email from BJC quoting an Email from a customer who bought a breakout to RCA cable...
FROM THE CUSTOMER:
"The 90˚ cable fits just fine into my unit, thank you so much. For your
own reference you may want to know that the little screw does not fit into
the Apogee Duet (maybe Apogee uses non-standard screw holes?); however this
is perfectly fine with me as I don't mind leaving it unscrewed"
FROM BJC:
The one issue, as mentioned above, is the inability to get both "locking
screws" into the connector shell. We can add this slimmer shell to the
assembly for the same cost as the normal straight plug. I've included
ordering directions below.
We build the cable out of a two channel balanced audio cable. The cable is
called Belden 1509C...
I suppose this would be worth a shot as the price seemed reasonable. If anyone here happens to be the customer in question...or has ordered something similar with the 90 degree plug...let me know. I would like to order soon...but I would appreciate some feedback as to whether or not it works (or wobbles) Maybe I'll just give it a go!...then I can answer the questions for once instead of asking them!
