Default Misunderstanding on D10 with Ibasso support

Folks received my D10, very satisfied with the delivery - was very efficient.

Overall satisfied D10. Don't get me wrong - I noticed a huge improvement over SQ on my office and home system. I bring it to office and home everyday now.

But there is a problem here I cant get it to work on 24bit 192hkz output sampling. I seem to have problem getting this message accross to Ibasso so I'll post it here hoping someone can probably help pointing any mistake or misintepretation I made

There goes the long email (you will have to read from bottom) :

================================================== ======================
Dear support,
I'm not using USB.
I'm using toslink to connect from my sound card optical out, and connect to iBasso's optical in.
I'm only using the DAC+AMP, bypassing (not using) USB sound card.

Regards,
OneSec.

Dear Sir,
You cant set the sample rate to 24/196. The ability of USB is limited at 16/48.

Sincerely

yes but you have not answer my earlier question:
"
Current I'm using the current audio setup
PC Realtek Digital Output -> (toslink) ->D10 speaker out -> Altec Lansing MX5021.
Most part work as intended but when I try to set the output sampling rate to 2 Channel, 24bit, 192khz, the speaker has not sound - although the computer is showing volume playing. Any lower sampling rate works.

I set the sampling rate in vista using the follow steps:
Control Panel
Sound
Realtek Digital Output properties
Advance.
Default Format.
You have any idea any common issue causing this?
"

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your email.
USB only supply up to 16bit/48kHz.

Sincerely

More updates.
When I try the USB connection, the USB Audio CODEC is detected.
PC usb out -> usb in D10. Maximum sampling rate is even lower 16 bit 48khz. There isn't any higher sampling rate to choose from.
So I will stick with using the PC sound card -> Opt in D10 path.

We only provide US standard plugs adapter, you can just find a plugs convertor, which should be easy to get and cheap.

Received.
The USB charger is type A but my home uses either type C or type G power sockets. Do you have those or should I just buy a new USB charger?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but your souncard could also not support 24/192. Can you try to hook up to another device like a home stereo and see if you get sound? I only say this because realtek hd w optical will not support the 24/192 and I went through the same steps and found it was my card.

Yup. It might also just be your soundcard. However, you will need to check the output settings as well. I.e. you need to ensure you have the correct settings chosen. Also, just so you know, most or all CD music is at 16-bit so upsampling them has no real effect and when I plug in my D10 it will not play 24-bit at all.

From my own experience, if you are getting the player to play the music, but no sound is coming out, you just have the wrong sound driver for output or you have it correct, but you are not setting up the rig up correctly.

My onboard has both analog and digital output.

The speakers has sound @ 24bit 192khz sampling rate when connected via the analog output.

Anyway Ibasso folks confirm D10 wont support 192khz

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your email.
we know the WMj8740 claim that it supports 24/192. But the truth is that the D10 or maybe the WM8740 cant do 24/192 decoding.
