Question Should i pay this much for these classics?

Hi everybody!
i'm quite new here and this is my first post, but i'm looking for a while now. I have a problem problem i need a help with. I went on search for some old PCDP and had luck. The problem is the guy is asking
$60 for Panasonic sl-s303
$60 for Sony d-34
and $80 for Citizen cp?-777
I'm not so sure about the two letters, but i don't think it is the citizen cbm-777 some people mentioned here. It's '88 and check this - seems not to have battery compartment (no it wasn't under the lid like d-34) and there is no button for opening the lid. All three are NIB just the citizen is heavily scratched on the top from being 15 years on display.
I don't think the guy has any idea what these are, it seems to me he doesn't want to sell them cheap because he remembers what he paid for them originally. Should I pay him what he asks?
Any info on the citizen will be much appreciated.
Thanks

Hi PumpyMonkey, welcome to head-fi

If all units are NIB then they're relatively good prices, as by rights they should give you a few years of trusting service...

....Can't say that i've heard of any Citizen units though.. does anyone here have any info??

Where does Citizen come from? - is it a European brand?

I know of Citizen watches, but that is about it......
