Yo,
been using media monkey to ID3 tag albums I've ripped and/or converted elsewhere (using EAC and/or dbpoweramp). Its generally fine but when it comes to albums or comilations comprised of more than one disc, beacuse it tags from amazon listings, I can't tag second or third discs from CD's! Quite a pain
. The tag options that come up combine the tracks where a CD has more than one disc into together as if its one so track 1 of disc 2 becomes track 17 of whole compilation (where disc 1 has 16 tracks) for example. Frustrating. I've tried changing the track numbers of files, in one or both of the windows original folders or the media monkey library versions, so it corresponds to the track listing of the tag I want to use, but, although this still time consuming task worked once, it has failed on every other double or triple CD album I've attempted it with since! Does anyone know a way round this they could detail for me? Would be very much appreciated! Alternativey, anyone have another program for ID3 tagging I could use, thats maybe better?
