question about Zune music convert?

Hi Zune owners, do you know how to stop the Zune from converting mp3 files with bitrate over 192 to lower quality files? I just noticed this today. My Zune automatically converts files with bitrate over 192 to whatever bitrate the player specifies when I sync the music. Thanks.

Very odd as the Zune supports up to 320 kbps MP3.
I have many MP3 files at this rate and no conversion was done when I synced.
I would say that it is a setting somewhere that needs to be changed, but I looked and could not find such a setting.

in the Zune software, there is option for that.

Lets the software use its recommendded setting for audio and videos.

Right-click over your Zune, go to options on the menu that shows. On the next windows click Advanced. There are two sliders there. Move both to the right. Let the software use the recommended setting
