Decalgirl.com has some good ones too, that work and look very good. Much cheaper too. But the Gelaskins may be higher quality, I have never seen/had one.

Yeah I have a few, they are tough and really easy to apply/remove, I baby my iMod anyway so this is just cosmetic and to prevent surface scratches, my other ipods are just knocked about!
These offer absolutely no protection from impacts unlike the hard cases. I have a Yotank case also which is built like a...eh-hem...tank!

nice, thanks for the info. I have never had an ipod case and therefore don't care about protection, this is just for looks

Wouldn't the hardcase transfer more of the shock? Isn't it all metal or is there rubber shock absorption inside?

LOL that's a joke right? I have two of those and they sound awful, and the battery life (if you actually have a working proprietary Ni-Cd battery) is around 60 minutes...
I had high hopes that being made not long after some of the better Sony PCDP's that it might share the great sound that some of their CD playing cousins have. Sadly, it is not the case in my experience. I just got a D1 dac/amp so I've been thinking of trying the optical out into the D1... Now I really gotta go do that.

Slwiser, that's a nice looking (and I'm sure sounding) rig. I received my iQube and its burning in. What do you think of it ?
