Teclast C280

Headphonia Lyrix Pro

Homemade interconnect. Made from a 25 year old "vintage" cable I found in a dumpster at work.

ER4P's

Those acrylic custom tips were made by audiologist in Russia. Original silicon tips have parasite absorbtion of low frequencies and was not comfortable for my ears. Acrylic tips produce very detailed, strong bass, amazing middle but high frecuencies become a kind of harsh. As a solve of this problem I have added to ety's filters microscopical ball of cotton wool. Now sound is fabulous!

Hmm seems I'm going to have to go torture to audiologist to get me some custom tips like this...did you have to take the Ety's in there or did he know the measurements of the nozzle?

Is that the normal headphone jack on the UE5c?
How do they compare to your LiveWires?

I put up more pics on the California Dreamin' thread, since these two IEMS pertain to potential buyers. Impressions to come (when I finish these darn exams!)

The cable is actually a custom job - quad pure silver with a right angle neutrik. It actually looks WAY nicer than the stock cable. I also have the Westone ES2 cable coming in soon. I know a lot of people feel that cables do not make a difference. I've been good....so I decided to use the funds to check out various cables myself!

That cable looks great. It looks a lot like the Sensaphonics cable to me. The plug is a bit bulky looking for portable, and so long as the cable wasn't grossly expensive I could see getting one like that for those. If you're going to get nice headphones you might as well go all out.
