am i wrong to think some of these rigs are downright silly or is this some weird tongue in cheek joke thing thats totally gone over my head?

The soft case not arrived yet, as soon as it does I'll be letting you know.

The hard case I have in the photo is a SwitchEasy Capsule Touch, and yes, the IEM's are Atrio M5's.

Here you go, nothing special, but here are my three options (I guess you could call it). I definitely need to do something about that interconnect, but it works perfectly fine .

Preferred Portable 1(iPod 5.5 Gen 30GB>cMoy v1.48>Super.fi 3)


Preferred Portable 2(iPod 5.5 Gen 30GB>cMoy v1.48>ER-6i)


And my ultraportable(iPod Shuffle 2ndGen>Super.fi 3)
