Get a cheap 4th Gen iPod photo on eBay and spend the, what, 200USD on the RedWineAudio iMod. Better sound for similar money, I'd say. You can easily find a used iPod photo for less than 100. Good investment.

Oh, it's for work- I don't have the luxury of being able to carry a bag or cargo pants or the like. So I put my iPod in one pocket and my amp in the other and run the cable behind my belt, through the loops. It makes me flexible to move around without a gigantic lump in my pocket- instead 2 smaller lumps. It's also quite a bit more discrete- which is something I don't mind when I'm walking around with 1.7 gigabucks in my pocket (CAD).

you know, i've been asked, through pm's, alot about comparisions between the regular cryo and the jumbo cryo. to me, it was worth the extra $$$. the sonic improvements are there. i can't pinpoint or verbalize what the improvements are, but i can say that a veil was lifted. everything sounds more clear and clean. to my ears, there was a 10% improvement from the regular cryo, YMMV....

i ordered the jumbo cryo the minute i saw it on ALO. i want the best cable i can get my hands on. if that's your mentality, then its worth the $$$. otherwise you should just get the copper dock and be rid of temptation!

Thanks for the info. For now I'll stay with my ALO Cryo Switchcraft Rt. Angle plugged Mini2Mini , but maybe in the future I'll switch to the Jumbo Cryo Rt. Angeled Mini2Mini...more money to spend at a later date, maybe...
