Default Other high-capacity mp3 players

I've been eyeing the 60 GB 5g iPod, but I was wondering what other options are out there. I'm interested in: video capability, high capacity (duh), good sound quality, and decent battery life.

I apologize if this topic has been made before, but I had trouble finding a similar topic.

there are options of upgrading a few other comercially available players.

pretty much ALL of the older creative players use the creative sorting system (you are familiar with a patent dodging apple variant) and have the very standard 2.5" HDD. swapping is easy.

a couple archos players use similar drives, but battery life is not as good.

and then there are a few irivers. i am not sure if anyone has yet shoe-horned a 60/80gb disc into a IHP-140, but it cant be far away.

i own an archos AV500 100gb DAP. I love it. My only complaint about it is the lack of support for lossless playback. Currently if you want lossless, you go completely lossless with .wav :P But I have spoken with some people at Archos and they are having the engineers check into adding flac support in the next bios update. It's nice to have 100gb of storage because i have a fairly large collection (200gb+ in mp3 alone) and never know what I will be in the mood for.
