Default Mp3 Encoder
I'd like to encode my WAV files into mp3's using LAME, which encoder should I use?

I would like one where I can merge my WAV files into larger mp3 files.

Doesn't LAME work like a plug-in? Don't I need another program that uses LAME so that I can encode?
