iPod nano - the best accessories?
I'm buying a 4GB black and engraved iPod nano soon, and want to know what accessories should I buy. I'm definately gonna buy the iPod armband and maybe the iPod tube, but what about the other stuff:
Apple iPod FireWire Power Adapter:
This could be really handy as I don't always have my laptop with me. However, I'm a little bit confused as to how to connect it to nano. Obviously you need a FireWire cable (which does not come with nano) and you somehow need to connect it to the dock connector. So should I buy this if I buy the Power Adapter?
Apple iPod nano dock:
This looks handy but it doesn't much the black nano because it's white. Moreover, do I really need it as I use a laptop with the USB slots in the side.
Do you have any other suggestions for accessories?

Firewire won't work. It will charge your nano, but not sync. Honestly, there aren't many accessories out there. I'm a little miffed that I can't buy a nice hard case for mine to protect it yet.

Oh, and I really can't see buying Apple's "nano tubes." No screen protection? Isn't that the most fragile part? No thanks Apple.
I have to say, I don't really like those cases much. My favorites so far are from here: Speck Products
If the Clearish Plastic (See-Thru) ones have a secure closure and protect the screen well (hopefully just the thick clear plastic of the case) I will get the pack with the red case. That'd look nice on my White 4 gig nano.
