Cowon D2 vs Cowon D2 DAB
Sorry for this question, I can't find a clear answer to this...
Is there any hardware diference between the regular D2 and the DAB D2?
Is it just a matter of firmware?

The DAB can receive DAB radio and has a differnt firmware. Appart from that they are pretty identical.

OK,
so... why the 20 euros more for the DAB version??
Is it possible to buy the regular version and then upload the DAB firmware?

no, DAB version cost more because it has built in DAB receiver while normal version does not have it. only specific firmware can be installed on DAB version, if not mistaken, V4.XX. for normal version, it's V1.XX (non Flash/Dictionary support) and V3.XX (korean version with Flash skin support)

I have a question abou this.
I just received my D2 this morning in the post, after ordering from a UK website. I got the 16gb one, but I specifically ordered the non-DAB version, as I don't listen to the radio, and it was £30 cheaper. I am messing about with my D2 at the moment, and listening to the radio on it!? Have they simply made a mistake and provided me with the DAB version? or does the non DAB version have a regular type radio on it?
