ALO Cryo SXC 22G iPhone/iTouch/iPod cable
Anyone own the ALO Cryo SXC 22G iPhone/iTouch/iPod cable yet? I almost pulled the trigger, but my iTouch isn't coming for 10 more days (Amazon is two weeks lag time). For $135, it seems a steep price to pay, but I know ALO makes nothing but top-shelf products.
Anyway, I backed off, for now, but am curious if anyone else has heard their iTouch 2g through this new cable. Even if no one has heard one yet, I may eventually buy it to match up with the Minibox.

I just received my ALO Cryo SXC 22G iPhone/iTouch/iPod, I can't comment on the sound quality out of the 2g Touch, I am using it with my 1g iPhone, and there is a difference between it and the headphone jack, night and day no but there is a difference, a lot of the sound quality will come from which amp you will be using. I think it is well worth the price, the cable is like you said top shelf.
here is a pic of it attached to my phone and amp:

Thanks. I may just get myself one, once the iTouch arrives. Interested to see how it pairs with the Minibox and my phones.

I'd be interested to see how a cable which is nearly as expensive as the amp performs.

The reason I bought the cable wasn't for the sound quality as it was for a better way to hook up an amp to an iPhone, the headphone jack is recessed on the 1st gen iPhone and that is a pain when trying to hook up an amp with a mini to mini, plus now I can choose any phones I want and not have to worry about the jack.

Hmm.. some of your cables go for nearly as much as the ALO one's.. I don't seem to grasp your point.

$90 for yours, $135 for ALO's new masterpiece.. in this hobby that's not much of a difference.
If you sold yours for $40, I could see where your coming from, but you don't, and I respect your pricing.
