Glad to see that you are coming Frank you build awesome stuff. I plan on camping out by your rig for a large portion of the meet, I did not get enough time with the mercury amp at the So Cal meet so I will make up for it in May.

I have registered for 2 people, myself & girlfriend, so will need 2 chairs as well.

Your table is taken care of. I can't speak to outlet placement at this point in time, but I am sure we can work something out at setup time, if adjustments are necessary.

You have a PM, Frank.

Thank you, Dreamer. This will be a fun event. Please make sure to add my name + 1 to the roll call, as my two tickets have been paid for. We will probably reserve a room at the Hilton for Saturday night so that we don't have to drive all the way back and forth to and from the valley for Sunday. Unfortunately, all that is left is double beds instead of one king. Will we be leaving our equipment in the conference room overnight?

Yes, gear can be left in the rooms overnight, the rooms will be locked up at around 5 or 5:30 each evening.

Please tell me you're joking. I figured if I left my home by 5 or 6 a.m. I'd get there by 7:30. When do the doors open, 8:30? Should we just walk our equipment in through the front of the hotel or is there a special area we should drive up to?
I'm not a morning person, but this is going to be a blast! (I'll have to take some sleep meds around 6 p.m. on Friday night if I have any hope of being up that early.)

ok let me clear up a few things,
the member rooms will be locked at night we are still determining final times but it will likely be between 630-7pm as the evening festivities will be going after that. Doors open to the public at 10am but we'll need people to be setting up their tables either Friday night (4-7pm) for those traveling in and staying at the hotel or Saturday am figure anytine between 8-930 am. I request that folks do set up prior to the start of the event so we can be in listen mode from 10-close on saturday.
You can either break your gear down that night if you choose or you can leave it in the room (it will be locked by the hotel staff)
Parking is underground so you can either use a bellman to assist or you can park and carry the gear up the elevator to the lobby then take the elevator to the second floor.

Thank you, JP#.
People ---
I am bringing my PC and wireless router running SqueezeCenter. I will be using my SB Duet but that will leave two more units that can be connected to my computer, and I have over 400gigs of music 90% as EAC extracted WAV files, 10% ALAC. If anyone will be bringing their SB or Transporter but doesn't want to bring their computer, you are welcome to connect to my server. Only 2 other people will be able to do this so I will need to know before the event.
Enjoy!

Would it be possible for me to have table space for the 2nd day of the event so I could do my listening on the 1st day or the other way around? I've never been to a meet before so there's tons of stuff I wanna listen to, but I also want to share with everybody.

You can easily set up your gear, leave a little note about how you want it treated, and walk around and listen. That's generally what people do.
