WMCManus- Why not bookook the hotel for the nights of CamJam 2009 and then drive down in your RV. No offense, but If you could afford and RV- you could certainly afford $89 per night for the room and then the Hilton could not refuse to let you use the Hotel parking lot for your RV. Just an Idea and not meant to be a negative comment. Scottsmrnyc

I'm officially out of the running for the cannonball run portion, but I have my travel booked to LA. I'll see everyone there...

Maybe most of you might know this already, but I just discovered, that if you are renting a car to come to CanJam 2009 and for that matter, just renting a car in general, a lot of credit card companies provide an automatic Collision Damage Waver and Road Side Assistance Package for Free as in no $; so you don't have to pay extra for these things when you go to the Car Rental Desk. The Vanjam looks like it will be a blast. Looking forward to seeing all you crazy people in a few weeks.

I will be traveling in a shared rental car with another head-fier, so if the big cannonball bus idea is still alive, I'll bow out.

I understood you were getting there on your own so stick with the rental car idea. The VanJam is packed as it is.

Easy for you to say, lax-boy.
Colin will be busy with the rest of us, so no driving for him.
I have it on good authority that a professional has been found for the job.
