Default VENDOR: bluetin.com

I bought the gold E888 from bluetin.com at an extremely good price and at an outstanding shipping fee too ($4 from Singapore to Canada using standard mail). I didn't have to wait long before they would send me an e-mail confirming the total price of the order as well as thanking me for putting trust in them. (They seem to emphasize "trust" very much, as can be seen on their site.) They also sent another e-mail to let me know when it was shipped and instructions on what to do if I received the package in a damaged condition or if I didn't receive it at all.

I received the package on time and undamaged.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

I consider this as top quality customer service. I will definitely buy from them again when given a chance.

Bought a pair of Denon AH-C700 In-Earphones from Bluetin Japan. Excellent communication, service and fast shipping.

Minhwa even lowered the price on the package, so that I didn't have to pay the customs fees.

Highly recommended.

My Stax 3050A arrived at home from their shop and I fully appreciate their service. I live far from Japan so delivery lasted for 7 days, but after that I can enjoy my system, so everything is okay

Very fast shipping and great customer service. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend (especially for their Audio-Technica range).

I discovered BlueTin.com thanks to the Dutch forum Gathering of Tweakers (http://gathering.tweakers.net - Dutch only) when I was looking for a JVC SU-DH1.

Apparently, the JVC SU-DH1 is only for sale in the US and in Japan. It's not to be found anywhere in Europe, at least not that I could find.

I decided to order it from Japan, as the Japanese version of the SU-DH1 has a power adapter input - the US version doesn't.

So I ordered from BlueTin last week Tuesday. The order was sent Friday and was delivered here in the Netherlands this week Tuesday. That's a fast delivery, considering it came from Japan

I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again, should they have something I can't acquire elsewhere.

As they requested to leave positive feedback, I especially created an account here just for this. However, it looks like this site contains a lot of useful info so I'm going to browse around now. Who knows what I might learn from this site.

put a preorder on a pair of ESW10's, good price, excellent status-updates and communications. package was sent immediately and arrived three days later (luckily with no customs charge, but I haven't actually checked the package for pricing)
definitely a new standard place to look for new stuff

Quoted for an ATH-AD900 on their Singapore website (no credit card so I had to pay using Western Union, normal airmail). I got their quotation a few hours later and paid soon after.

Minhwa (the owner) was out of the country that time, so he forwarded my order to his Japan branch, and upgraded my shipping to EMS to make up for the lost time!

The order was shipped on Thursday, Feb 5. It came today, Monday, Feb 9.

Two thumbs up for their excellent service. Considering that I'm currently living in Saudi Arabia (which have rather strict customs), Bluetin is a great option, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others as well.

I have ordered Acrolink power cord from bluetin Japan and I have received the good in about a week. Really happy, no problem at all. Highly recommended! In fact, I am going to order another power cord & some IECs later today!

Also bought from Bluetin and everything went smoothly.
Great communication and the shipping was fast considering the fact that the product wasn't even in stock when I placed my order.

I just had my first purchase completed through Bluetin Japan. What a great resource for trying out product not available in the USA. The Victors came in perfect condition, and in under 3 days from Japan! That's amazing. Great customer service all around.

Will buy again from them.

I was searching around for a good deal on ATH-EM700 BK earclips, and stumbled across Bluetin Japan. Their responses were quick, and the whole process was smooth. Shipping was fast as well. It is no doubt some of the best customer service I have ever seen while shopping online. I would definitely buy from them again.

They gave me the best deal on my AD-900, were very quick to respond on e-mail and apart from limited payment options (I used the IBAN transfer, and it cost about EUR30 in my bank!) and long shipping time, everything was proffesional and better than with most other foreign stores I dealt with. And the package looked innocent enough for the customs office to let it go. No customs and no VAT paid :-)

Default VENDOR: bluetin.com

It's been over 6 years since I first purchased from bluetin.com (wow, I didn't know I made the first post about them at that time). Anyways, I remembered their website as a very simple page that listed model numbers and prices. Now they've made it a lot more user-friendly. I ordered from bluetin Japan this time (I believe it was just Singapore 6 years ago...) and their service is just as good as before. They haven't lost their edge a bit. In case you were curious, I ordered an ATH-ES7 for myself (it's smexy!) and ATH-FC700 for a friend. Ordered on Thursday, received today (Tuesday) using the fastest service they offered (more expensive, but it was the only option with full tracking). I got charged taxes and handling from customs, but I believe that's only because I'm located in Canada and our government taxes us to death on everything! I will gladly buy from bluetin again in 6 years, but more likely sooner than that.

Good service, behaviour, communication and fast shipping. I bought my AT-HA5000 Amplifier in May. (I live in Kiev, Ukraine). I am planning my new buying in that shop.
Thanks Minhwa.
