I bought Thrice's Sony d66 "eggos" for my brother-in-law. I paid by money order, and he sent them before he even got the money order. I had a great experience with a great head-fier.
I would definitely recommend Thrice and would do business with him again.
Thanks again Thrice

I bought shure e2cs from thrice. He got in touch with me immediately after I PMed him and was prompt with his replies after I decided to buy them from him. He shipped right after receiving my payment through PayPal, and the earphones came in near new condition as promised. I would do business with him again.
I bought a pair of SR-60's from thrice. Great communication throughout the transaction and fast shipping. He even started a feedback thread for me. I would definately do business with him again.
I commissioned (maybe even begged) Stephen to replace the opamps in my Sony DVP-7000 and he was willing to do so without much info from me nor the schematics. He did a great job of removing the old opamps and installing some sockets for rolling. Turnaround was quick and the job was professional. I will certainly be begging him to do some more work for me in the future!
Stephen sold me a set of Dynahi boards after I shortsightedly sold off too many of mine a few weeks ago. Easy sale, great communications, fast shipping. I hope I get to do another deal with thrice/Stephen.
I just bought a M3 amp that Stephen built who is the "Head Penguin" at his new business: Rockhopper Audio.
I badgered him with many pesky emails for months until I finally bought the M3. Stephen is a nice guy, but he really did a great job on my amp. The build and the parts quality is superb with attention to detail you would not expect.
I have commissioned amps, mods and other audio projects from many builders and Stephen is one of the best I have found. Stephen is starting Rockhopper Audio as a new business. He is a contributing member of this forum and has genuine enthusiasm this crazy hobby which I really appreciate.
