Purchased Ipod LOD (18G Jenna Cryo copper and Canare F12 plug) from Stevenkelby. The whole transaction was smooth and he always replies to queries quickly. Steven custom-built two cables, mini-to-mini and mini-to RCA. Both are impeccably made. He took the time to build them as promised, despite a heavy work schedule. They were promptly shipped out.

This followed several PM exchanges. Steve took the time to write extensive replies to my questions and I learned a good deal about materials and equipment. Comms before and during the transaction were excellent.

Steve gave my pair of Denon D5000 the full Markl treatment. He then recabled them with 9ft of 22g cryo cable with 3pin xlr plugs and made a matching 3 pin xlr to 1/4" adaptor. To finish the wood cups he gave them a few coats of clear lacquer.

The result is an outstanding sounding and looking pair of headphones. Evertyhing was packed up in the original box with great care and attention and arrived in perfect condition.



Steve is IMO one of, if not the best Diy'ers on Head-Fi.
