Just sent off an Aric Audio tube preamp to psc001 today. Communication was great throughout, and payment was fast.

EDIT: flash forward a few days later. I got a PM that something wasn't sounding right with the pre. I offered a refund, but he tried to get it working on his own. After no luck, he GENTLY requested the refund, offering to subtract shipping costs. Since this was MY screwup - I either missed something sound-wise or just didn't pack well enough - I said no, absolutely full refund. But for him to even offer to forego shipping costs on a refund was really amazing. He is a very easygoing person and very understanding, REALLY a pleasure.
