I bought Ryan's Portaphile and power supply, which he offered me for a very good price. Unfortunately, it was DOA due a shipping problem. I sent the stuff back to him and he gave me a full refund -- what more could I ask? Now that he has a better appreciation for what can happen to inadequately wrapped merchandise , I'd certainly give him a second chance and I hope you will, too. Thumbs up!

I bought the portaphile v2 off ryan, arrived perfectly packed, and in great condition.

he answered all questions, was polite and paid extra for shipping when he could have taken the cheaper option.
