Dave promptly shipped the Corda Opera out to me. He also took the care to double box the Opera. In this case it was good thing as the outer box was considerably smashed on one side. The Corda Opera tested fine with no visible damage. Dave promptly responded to e-mails concerning the condition of the outer box and was genuinely concerned.
