I just bought a Xin Supermini from Jan,

Very easy and smooth transaction. Questions were answered extremly fast considering the overseas transaction.

Everything was exactly as he described.

Couldn't be happier

Paul

I sold Jan my DT770Pro/80 for his son's birthday. Glad to hear he received it within a week. My experiences with Jan convinced me to transact with more international HF'ers from now on. Thank you for your business. See you in the future.

Great buyer. Sold him HF-2s. Easy to deal with, and a nice guy.

Default a pleasant experience

I made Jan a couple of custom interconnects; he was very friendly and easy to communicate with. He was able to supply me with everything I needed to make them; a few photos of his rigs, some measurements and even a couple of drawings. This willingness to give me all the information that I needed resulted in my job being made a lot easier. He paid as soon as we came to an arrangement. I would not hesitate to do business with him again.

thanks Jan

Bought a pair of L3000s from Jan. It was great doing business despite the many set-backs (e.g. UPS, customs) and I enjoyed the phenomenal communication. Everything was well packaged and as described; Jan is an exceptional member of the head-fi community.

Made another Low profile LOD for Jan, he was a customer of mine fairly early on in these endeavors on head-fi. Jan was again very pleasant to deal with, supplying me with all the proper info to try to make constructing a cable with such tight tolerances from the other side of the world; as easy as possible. when the LOD arrived there was an issue with an intermittent connection (which is why I didnt pick it up in te brief test I gave it), as usual Jan was polite and simply let me know what the problem was, so I could rectify it. its nice to deal with someone who doesnt panic and get rude in such situations (this has only happened once before and it turned into a nightmare); recognizing that I would make it right and there was no reason to get upset; we ran through the symptoms to see what the problem was. i decided I would ship him a replacement and upgrade the neutrik to a switchcraft mini as they are much more reliable and then see what the problem was when the faulty unit gets back here. All the way through, Jan was just as friendly and interesting to chat to, we share some similar pieces of kit, so we always have something to chat about. I can only do my best to keep incidents like this to a minimum, but of course on rare occasions in reality problems will occur (whether it be materials or workmanship), I can only hope that if/when something like this happens again (God Forbid) that i'm faced with someone with as mature an attitude as Jan has. I cannot recommend him enough and look forward to continued relations with him.

highly recommended

thanks Jan!!
