I bought a set of IC's from Scott. Easy communications and very fast shipping. He even included a return lable, but these are a very good product and I am keeping these.

Fantastic communication, super fast shipping(you should know how fast he did, after I sent him payment he start pack up the item, and a few minutes later I got the tracking#!!!-0-). good packaging and very nice condition as he described.
