I got Ludo's AKG K401 as part of a trade deal. He not only recabled the phones with quality cable before sending them to me, the phones themselves turned out to be simply magnificent. The phones I sent him (Stax) turned out to have a severe channel imbalance. Ludo was very relaxed about it and stuck with the deal, saying that he was going to try to fix them. In the end, the problem turned out to be a loose screw, but even when it looked like something very serious Ludo was incredibly considerate and accommodating through it all. Simply marvelous. Communication as always was a pleasure. Thank you, Ludo!
