Jonathan sent me his D2000 to recable for him; we conversed about the best options for his needs and budget for a few PMs. Jonathan was a pleasure to talk to, communication was always friendly and swift. Later on (while I was still working on his headphones) he decided he would like an LOD as well, on both occasions payment was made in full swiftly.
