awesome guy. brought my first "audiophile" headphone and amp from him, which were the HD580 and a custom chinese amp. i knew quite a bit about the HD580 from reading the forum, but the tube amp he was selling was totally unknown to me, so i was a bit unsure. so he sent both items to me free of charge so i can try them out at home. i ended up purchasing the whole thing because i totally fell in love with them! 
i recommend all to deal with fr4c. awesome seller who was informative and very helpful.

Had a great transaction with fr4c. His e5c were excellent, his packaging was secure enough to protect an eggshell, shipping was fast, and there was great communication the whole time. Highly recommended, especially for any other international buyers.

i bought an amp from tom and it was a fantastic transaction. he was unbelievably helpful and tried to make it as easy and as smooth as possible...couldn't have asked for a better guy to deal with. very impressed with tom and very happy with what i got.

sold tom a 3 foot rca interconnect. shipped first, and he was good with payment when he recieved the item. good buyer and can be trusted to pay if you ship first.

fr4c bought my ppa from me. I sent him the amp before receiving the money order, but felt totally comfortable trusting him. And he came through! Communication and followup were excellent and he did exactly what he said he would do.
