Bought a SuperMacro III V6 from Francis. He provided excellent feedback and detailed follow-up, often sometimes with pictures, to any questions that were asked. Shipment would have been faster (FedEx); nonetheless, my package arrived nicely wrapped and fully protected by cardboard and bubble wrap.
It was a pleasure in dealing with Francis, he made the entire transaction a worthwhile endeavour; for someone new getting into audio I can only hope they run into someone like him! In the future, I would be more than happy to do business with him again!
Amazing! Sent exactly as promised, answered any question I had, payed extra cash for shipping to make sure I get everything I needed with the amp and more. Even sent me a payment for half the amount I had to pay for tax.
