I bought a 15' Grado Extension Cable. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with him. He is a very honest person, having refunded me the excess postage costs without me asking! Communication was also very good. He was a pleasure to deal with.

James was extremely helpful and informative throughout the whole process. The product was in excellent condition, the packaging was very good, and the shipment was prompt.
