Juan has superb communication and great service. I was interested in buying his DT990s from him. I had sent my MO to him and he had received it safely. Before shipping the headphones out to me, he was amazingly good to do a last check-up on them and discovered the right driver to be not working. As such, he avoided shipping me a broken headphone and has refunded me in full amount with much haste. Great head-fier! A++, though our sale didn't work out!
