While he may at times be forgetful, Juan is a goodfellow.
My second transaction with him went seamlessly.
When I couldnt get the MP3 player to work, Juan stayed with me until we were finally able to resolve the issue.
Good fellow Head-Fier, my thumbs up!

Another deal with him; I bought his Sansa E250.
Flawless transaction; I thought package was forever lost or stolen by the post office so he refunded me 50% but it came in the end.
