This was my first Head-Fi purchase. Juan sold me his Grado SR-60s. They came very quickly, and in absolutely perfect condition! Communication was great, everything went very smoothly and I'm very happy. I would absolutely recommend Juan to others, and I would gladly do business with him again!

I bought a Turtle Beach Audio Advantage Micro from apnk. Communications were excellent. It was packaged well and shipping was very fast to Taiwan.

Really cant add more than what everyone has said till now about Juan.
Bought some Etymotic er6i from him, great communication, everything arrived safe and sound to Portugal.
Sure hope to make business with him further along.

Sold apnk Shure E4. apnk's been the most cooperative. Was able to proceed foward without any problems, and was quite flexible. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with him again.

It has been a pleasure trading with Juan. Since this was my first business venture through head-fi and Juan has a pretty respectable record, I shipped first.

He shipped his end of the bargain within a reasonably fast timeframe of receiving the package I sent him (next business day, what more could you want?) Although he did forget one little part of the deal, he quickly and easily compensated when contacted - in my opinion, this is better than if he had remembered, because it demonstrates his honesty. I would certainly do business with him again in the future.
