Default Site not working properly?

Is anyone else finding the SoundEarphones site to be very uncooperative? I've been trying to purchase the new Sleek Audio bass+ ports, and (1) they can only be added to my cart from the main Sleek-Audio Accessories page (not with the "Add to Cart" button on the actual "Sleek Audio Tuning Bass Ports (Plus) (Newest Ports)" page), (2) Login always fails to load the next page, so logging in is impossible, and (3) the final checkout button also fails to load the next page, so there's no way for me to complete my purchase. This is using both Firefox 3 and IE7. What gives, SoundEarphones? Let me be your customer!

Yeah it seems as though they are having some issues. Earlier today it was completely down for me and now I am having the same symptoms as you are. Also wanting to try out the new bass ports. Not sure what I'll do with 3 pair though. I haven't lost any of mine yet so back ups probably won't be necessary.

Unfortunately, yesterday we were going through minor server upgrades which took longer than expected and this caused some frustrations among our customers. We apologize for this and appreciate your understanding and trust that all were able to go back to SoundEarphones.com to conduct business as usual.

Thanks for the response, Michael. I was able, just now, to complete my purchase (yay!) by skipping the login stage, but attempts to log in are still unsuccessful; whenever your site tries to go to the address below (following a click on the "Login" or "...Proceed" button)...

https://ssl.macdock.com/soundearphon.../checkout.php?

...IE7 and Firefox are unable to reach/display the page. Just wanted to make sure you're aware of that...

Well, I am sure SoundEarphones have a toll free customer service that you may contact to know what is wrong. I guess it has nothing to do with your browser, it their system. Good luck
