What is the diff between the regular SE310 and the one on sale for blackberry SE310 MPA

The MPA versions have microphones at the Y-joint, and 4-conductor 3.5mm plugs that allow that mic to be used with the iPhone and some other cell phones.

They also come with the normal cable extension if you do not want to use the MPA cable.
