What kind off cheese do you like?
Just the other day I was thinking I really like cheese. A lot. I simply love a sandwich with cheese. Maybe even more than headphones. (I'm not sure whether you can compare the two very well, but ah well...)
I tried many kinds of cheese. Even really expensive ones. But I still like the cheap young cheese the best.
So now I started to get interested. Who actually likes the more expensive cheese??

I like young cheese (dutch of course) on my sandwiches and I sometimes eat really old (hard without mold) cheese without bread.
I don't know whether the terms 'young' and 'old' apply to the English language considering they are quite literally translations of the dutch terminology.

They do. Which is kinda logical since if a cheese gets older it's old cheese.
... Now that is what I call usefull information.

I don't like cheese. =T But I do eat nacho cheese. =] And mozarella and cheddar, all in mild proportions (the amount of mozarella on pizza is too much for me). If I had to choose, it'd be nacho cheese, lol.
Does Cheese Doodles count? Can I choose artificial cheese?

I love cheese, as long as it doesn't smell like the stuff I find under my toenails.

Smoked Gouda
Old Cheddar
Spiced, herbed or plain Havarti
Provolone (only on sandwiches)
And the list goes on, but those are particular favourites.

a local seattle farmer's market selection: beecher's select cheese. if you can find it, it's wonderful on red oval stoned wheat thins, cut with a fine folding knife of course.
/trying to cut down on cheese
//but ate swiss edam for dinner last night
///too many good cheeses!
//and slashies!

Nothing beats a good English Stilton or a select Vermont Cheddar.
