PC Gaming, what do you play?
Hey folks..
I have now a 4 year PC that consists a P4 3GHz @ 3.3GHz Presscot CPU, 1.5GB DDR2 533MHz [2x256 + 2x512] and an ATi X600Pro 256MB SM2.0 graphics card.
Obviously I don't play games, although I was a certified gamer once (PC was bought for that purpose). I enjoy FPS games mainly, although I play the occasional sport game (football mainly, the real one, not the American rip off).
My question is, should I buy a new PC? Are there any new GOOD FPS games?
I've played COD4 and finished it, same thing with BF2. MoH:A was a disappointment (played at my friends place).
I want to play the Orange Box (I finished HL2 and loved it), but my PC is fine with those games.
Are there any gamers out there that can list me some good FPS games worth spending my summer vacation salary?

Return to Castle Wolfenstein is one of my all time favorites. Anything by ID is great, ie: Doom 3, latest version of Quake. Farcry is an amazing game.

X2 . I still enjoy very much playing online Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory . I would say anything by ID that was based on quake 3 engine is great. Doom3 and Quake 4 were slight disappointment . Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - one of the most horrific games I've ever played. I am speaking of multiplayer versions of these games , cause I don't care much about single player versions.

I'm usually an FPS and RPG guy on all platforms.
I don't play as much as I used to though.
CS: Source, Crysis, Elder Scrolls: Oblivion, World in Conflict.

There are two non-FPS games probably worth a new computer --> starcraft 2 and diablo 3! I myself am a DotA player.

I play DotA too, and your current comp is good enough to play that.

Tetris, patience and minesweeper for me. Sometimes I play Civilization 4. And Test Drive Unlimited -- what a game, but the bugs are most irritating ever (corrupting savegames).

I play on Garena for better pings.
Lately I've been playing in this ladder system they made, but it's still in beta status, and sometimes they don't record your game.
