Onkyo TX-8555 vs. Yamaha RX-V463BL (need opinions!)
Hi everyone - I'm primarily looking for a direct comparison between these two receivers. I know they are slightly different components (the yamaha being an all-around AV whereas the Onkyo is almost solely a dedicated music source), but I want to keep some of my options open. I'd like to spend 300 on the receiver or so and plan to connect w/turntable and CD player (and DVD player).
If you've had experience with either (or even better, both!) please share your thoughts. Thanks.
PS - I'm primarily looking for something for music, but don't want to sell myself short should I one day upgrade to HDTV. So please focus your opinions and reviews on how each receiver handles music!
