i'm glad to hear that so many folks have found him a fine fellow to deal with, but how do you get a hold of him? i've called a number of times and have never reached a person, only a machine. my phone call was not returned. i have one of his lovely senn cables (somewhere - i haven't located a number of things since (before) we moved.... ) with a fuzzy connector and i've wanted to get this thing serviced - hard to do when you can't reach them.

You know daveDerek nailed the real nature of my original post. I cannot ever get anyone by phone for advice, or anything for that matter. I'll bet these guys are busy but I would like to make at least an introduction in person. They sound great.

I don't think it's "these guys" I think it's one guy, and maybe email would be better.
I purchased a Bluedragon V2 cable for my HD650s forever ago, and he was great to deal with. He even made me a shorter version since I sit close to my headphone setup, and made an extension cable with the leftovers. Best extension cable ever.

Like Voltron said, this says it all, and has been my experience as well. Cool guy, excellent product with top class workmanship, stands behind it, delivers as promised, etc.
I suspect that there is a feedback thread somewhere as well...

Add me to the endorsement list
I have had nothing but good things to say about Drew. Nice guy, conscientious businessman with solid products (no snake oil) and enthusiastic head-fier. FWIW he has hosted several NC meets at his house, replete with tons of gear to play with. This is the kind of vendor I want to support.

I don't have much experience with his cables, but his modded CD players are excellent. I also quite enjoyed listening to his Luna amplifier at the first national meet. It is a crime that this amp never went to production, as it outperforms most of the balanced amps out there IMO.

I have bought a few cables (Silver Dragon IC, and RCA ot RCA interconnect) as well as a few PS Audio Power outlets. So far I have had a pleasent experience w/ no issues w/ Drew.
I find that using email is the best way to reach him.
