This might not be entirely helpful, but now that you've arrived at the Left Coast, take a trip down to Seattle to visit Boeing Surplus and Re-PC ( REPCHOME). When I lived in Oregon, I used to visit both every month or so. Good stuff! I think there's a Fry's ( FRYS.com) in Renton, as well.
Don't mean to send you on a road trip for a power cord, but be sure to head south for a visit.
