Default Ear lobe size?

Do any of you think the size of yoru ear lobe effects the sound or intensity of music? My right ear lobe is smaller than my left due to a massive ear infection when I was in the second grade. My hearing is fine, but the growth of the lobe was stinted. I am listening ot some bass heavy music right now and it seems to be more intense in the left ear cup. I'm not sure it it's cause I can feel the vibrations, cause my left lobe is touchin the inside of the cup and my right isn't, or if the size of the lobe is effecting it. Anyone have a take on this?
