"Seattle is known for people who like the peace pipe and this looks like the work of someone smoking some while watching 'A Fish Called Wanda' in the Pink Taco Restaurant," said Jason Rose, president of Scottsdale-based Rose & Allyn Public Relations.

Maybe if Starbucks made decent coffee it wouldn't have a slump.

I didn't care for the old logo (or the coffee). The new one is worse.

It's interesting that they coffee is so popular. There are about 3 Starbucks in a 3 block radius of each other where I work and it's always busy. I particularly don't care for their coffee either.

This.

I'm so happy there's a wonderful coffee shop within walking distance from my apartment. Agora not only blows Starbucks out of the water on taste and selection, but it's easier on the wallet, too.

While I'm in agreement about the state of SB coffee, the most notable thing about this, surely, is the sheer stupidity of this so-called 'Resistance'. With all the other issues facing our planet, this bunch get their knickers in a twist about a depiction of a mermaid....just wait til they discover Brueghel...

They don't sell coffee, they sell dessert drinks. I like their flavored latte's and such, but don't frequent because of the high cost.

I'm sorry; Sally. I'm afraid I don't get it.

Does it mean that they're afraid the Mermaid with her tails wide apart is gonna "get it" cuz of the sagging economy? Is that what it means? Maybe?

I must be missing something.
