Great review, this is the best structured and easy to read review I ever found at head.fi.
I have some questions to the OP:
1- How better PK1 and OK1 are compared to Ex90, which I proudly own?
2- Are PK1 and OK1 worth using straight from a 5.5g iPod? If OK1 isn't, is PK1? And vice-versa.
3- How would you compare OK1 and PK1 to the denon AH-D2000?
4- Are the eartips and the tube included with PK1 and OK1?
I mentioned OK1 and PK1 because I'm not decided on which one I prefer, and I asked question 3 because I was interested in purchasing it alongside with OK1 or PK1.
Thanks very much.

1. Miles ahead, though I have no EX90 to provide you with detailed comparison. But I am not sure that OK1/PK1 will suit your music well, especially unamped. Audio-Technica ATH-CM700 may play fast rock better unamped.
2. Both sound good unamped, though I recommend PK1 in this case. Its strong bass compensates iPod bass roll-off and stronger highs provide better sense of speed and details.
3. I made the comparison in this post. It was based on the memories, later I examined it to confirm.
4. With OK1.
If you want earbud which is simillar to D2000, either OK1 or PK1 are good.
If you want complimentary earbud, get CM700, which has very different sound comparing to D2000.

kostalex, thanks for a great review, it's very clear and informative.
If I got it right, the OK1s don't have a "textured" quality to the bass which is the only issue bothering me with the PK1. Otherwise I treasure Yuins as a best item in my modest collection, placing them above SR325i and ER4S (indispensable in the sonic hell of Moscow subway)
Did you have a chance to listen to OK1 with Corda Move? I found this amp to be a perfect match for PK1, as well as ER4.

kostalex, If I purchase the D2000s It would be nice to have the similar PK1, that way I'll be able to listen to my home rig while I'm out

Corda Move is a very good amp, but I can not call "neutral". It emphasizes bass and highs slightly. This provides perfect match for OK1. iBasso D2 also pairs well with OK1.

Heya Kostalex, how would you compare the earbud size of the Yuin OK1 to the CM700? I have rather small ears and currently own the CM700 which are a bit large and require some angling.

May this help?
CM700 is of bigger diameter and OK1/OK2 are more "deep". My GF has smaller ears and she changed CM700 to OK2 without any comfort trade-offs. She also said that OK2 keeps the placement better when you move.

Wow that was a fast reply and even better you included a nice pic. I really appreciate it.
Just bought a used OK1 off the forums here so that pic eased my mind a bit.

The OK1s sound terrible (compared to SCL4s, which was less than 1/2 the price, or any other IEMs I've owned) straight out of a DAP (I have H120 and D2.)
I'm really hoping this will all change after I get Ibasso D10.
Kostalex, how does the sound quality of the OK1s compare to the E500 or ER-4S when properly amped?

There are some comparisons and rankings in OP regarding E500 and ER-4S. In short, both E500 and ER-4S are better.

ok1 sounds a whole lot more like a full sized headphone than any iem ive tried. er4-s, er4-p, er6-s, super fi5. not to mention the additional comfort. i am amping with ef1 and really like the way they sound.

Funny thing, ive been using the notoriusly hard to drive akg701 with my govibe v5s and 24volt elpac and been pretty happy. When i got pk1, they seemed harder to drive with govibe thats when i decided to upgrade to ef1, and found pk1s sound so much better, wider soundstage and more detail (almost full sized sound), of course akg701s improved by miles as well. and just got ok1 yesterday and those are excellent, so much more revealing than pk1, but lose a little bit of the fun bass. straight out of dap both pk1 and ok1 sound like cheap buds, but with proper amplification sound natural, open with effortless clean sound. both mate very well with head direct ef1. I think yuin pk1 and ok1s are a lot like akg701, if you want the best sound allow for a decent amp that presents a wider soundstage. ive even upgraded my go-vibe by swapping ad8620 (a more congested, forward op amp) with op627 (wider, more laid back op amp) and it mates better with yuins now.
