First off - major props to Jason for sending these to me via fast shipping. I really didn't expect to have these today! You rock!
I've been listening to these little gems for the past couple of hours or so and though it is still a bit too soon to make any grand proclamations, I must say I'm mightily impressed. The first thing that got me off the bat is that these things have soundstage! Kees, Elnero - do you agree? I mean it is almost weird to me because they sound like headphones and not IEMs in that regard. Very comfortable. I feel like I could easily go on for another few hours without discomfort. Isolation is terrific too. I'm listening to mine in its neutral set up so I haven't started playing with the tuning ports. I'm trying to develop a baseline first. I've been listening from my Trekstor Vibez so haven't tried them amped yet.
Very promising indeed. I'll be enjoying listening and getting used to the SA6.
Here a couple of pics with mine in. I must have smaller ears but still they are tiny!

I'm sitting here listening to a pair of Etymotic ER4P's I have on loan from another local Head-Fier and I'd say the SA6 definitely trumps them in soundstage. Of the IEM's I've heard the E500's still have the edge in the soundstage department though.
It's been a long time since I've heard they Ety's, they were my first IEM experience when I had this same pair on loan a long time ago. I thought they were ok back then but not really my cup of tea. That feeling still holds true, they sound thin and etched, yes there's detail there but there's no body.

Warrior05-
How's the bass response in comparison to the Atrios & Denon C700's? These sound very intriguing indeed!

Oh, you can be assured I will be doing comparisons. Just need to get used to them first.

I do have one small complaint with the SA6 and a number of earphones annoy me with this seemingly obvious design flaw: You can't easily tell left from right. There is a subtle "L" and "R" on the plug which these not so young eyes have to spend a few seconds trying to read. Forget about figuring orientation in the dark. Why didn't Sleek Audio at least make the right plug red. It could've been subtle but would have made a big difference. I'm planning on putting a small dab of my wife's red nail polish on the back of the right plug. That way it doesn't just offer an easy visual queue but I'll feel the small bump in the dark.
That's about all, so far, I can gripe about the SA6.

I am glad to see you liked the new bass ports Kees. That is what we are sending out now with all units. Amazing what changing a port size by a few thousandths can do.
Maybe, just maybe I can put some response curves up soon

About these new bass ports...will they be offered through your resellers as well? Or do we have to order them direct from you?

Well, they are some of the sexiest looking IEM's around....the design won't look out of place in an episode of Star Trek
I was intrigued by the concept of that you can "tune" the sound to the way you want - if that ain't "custom", I don't know what is!
However, I tried to order a pair from their site, but they don't accept international credit cards....shucks

I'm in Singapore.....tried 3 separate cards from different banks, but it says "Sorry, but that card is not accepted, please try another"
Never had any problems ordering anything online before.
[edit]
I forgot to mention that I tried ordering from the Sleek Audio site directly, not through Soundearphones

The new bass ports are shipped with every pair now. Our dealers like soundearphones.com on this site have the new ports.
About the international orders. We had a flurry of fraudulent credit card orders and had to really tighten or processing for a little while until these stop. You may want to order from soundearphones.com for now. We will have this corrected soon.

I think the Q-Jays are even smaller (if you compare the width to the sleeve)
From the Jays site:
