Logitech headphones reset every time I charge them

I use the logitech wireless headhpones with my desktop, and for the past several days, for whatever reason when I take them out and recharge them, then connect them to the computer later, they just don't work. I have to restart the computer for it to recognize them for some reason. Any suggestions as to why that is or how I can fix it?
