They recieved my impressions on 20 November. I have heard nothing back since, reading on here this is quite common so I've not been worrying. I emailed them yesterday 13 December to let them know I am finishing work this week for Christmas and won't be in the office while mid January so I want to change my shipping address if they are sent out in this period. I also asked for a estimated dispatach date.
So far still waiting for a reply.

Still waiting on a estimated dispatch date and confirmation on a change of address 5 days on.
Considering they have generated a lot of business by the look on here and probably on other internet sites I would of thought they would of kept on top of their emails as a priority unless they are getting a bigger source of income from else where. They seemed pretty snappy when I was making enquiries with getting a response within a hour or so of sending a question.

I do hear this. But, my Livewires and my APS re-cabled RS-2 come closer to a forward soundstage for me than one would expect without s-logic. And, I've always said I thought the Livewires sounded like a high end Grado.
I think all the LW evangelists are getting them really busy, with longer wait times. Now, I'm gonna add to the mix even more. Not only do I like them better than my SE530, but I just got some Triple.fi 10 Pro to try out, and I think I prefer my Livewires over them too.
The Triple.fi may have a little more bass for listening to rock, but they don't match the Livewires feeling for "being live" with the musicians. i.e. I don't hear coloration of the sound with the Livewires, they don't add their flavor of "what kinda box are those speakers in".

Since I last posted I was contacted by Art through a PM. He wanted to get my name and email to try and make sure they were working on it. Also, he wasn't sure it was him who gave me the date and to call the company as he was leaving for two weeks.
I called them yesterday and left a detailed message, no response so far.

The Eagle has landed!
They've arrived! Unfortunately I have the flu and am a bit congested . After having them on now for about a half hour they are very comfortable. I initially had a problem getting a good seal but it seems ok for now - my doc says my ear canals are a bit swollen so hopefully it will improve once I'm rid of this flu.
I'm hesitant to comment on the sound atm because of my current condition. I will say there's loads of "body" to the music, excellent pace, mids sound nice, and good bottom end . So far I've listed to a few tracks from Marley "Babylon By Bus" , Kirsty Hawkshaw, Clapton "Unplugged" , Sade ( remastered ), Junkie XL, and DJ Tiesto. Hopefully I can better comment on the SQ in a few days time.
I have a mini^3 amp on the way from Rockhopper and will order a lod from Turbo. I'll post the update once I have it all.
BTW, for those interested, I sent my impressions by post on Dec. 3rd. They recieved them on the 6th. According to FedEx, they were supposed to be delivered this coming Monday but somehow got delivered today. My guess is they are trying to unload as many of their packages as they can before xmas eve.

Did they contact you saying when they where dispatched, or did you contact them asking for a date?
They received my impressions on the 20th November. I haven't heard anything since after paying using pay pal.
I emailed them the end of last week saying I wouldn't be in work till late Jan now due to Christmas, so change delivery address to my home address if they are being sent out in that period.... still no reply.
I know if they are sent out in the next two weeks they will 100% get lost in the post system. The building our office is in will be shut and at the best of times the post in our office isn't good as the post men don't like walking up the stairs to our office (no lift). We have even had post go missing and couriers / royal mail saying they was no one in when they called ( a office of 9 people open 9am - 5.30pm).

Ok just sent them another email, lets see if i get a response to this

Hi,
I have not had a response from my below email dated 13th December.
Reading on the following thread on Head-fi forums (http://www.head-fi.org/forums/f4/liv...ml#post3552567 ) a few people have received their ear phones who have sent their impressions on a later date than myself. Please can you confirm a dispatch date and also confirm that the postal address has now been changed to my home address at:
Adam xxxxx
xxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxx
xxxxxx
UK
I have now finished work for Christmas and our offices are shut. The postal service at our offices is un-reliable at the best of times due to being several floors up so if my ear phones are sent when the building is shut I fear they will get lost in the post system.
I have read the many great reviews on head-fi.org and look forward to a reply to this email and recieving my ear phones.
Many thanks, a happy Christmas and New Year
Adam

You should email them again. They are normally very quick at responding, but wiith the holidays etc they might take a bit longer.

Yes they where quick on the emails when I made initial enquiries with getting replies within a few hours. The last I heard from them was on the 20 of November when they said they recieved my impressions and I promptly paid via paypal and asked for a estimated dispatch time.
I then emailed them again on the 13th December and then the 23rd December asking on the status / dispatch day and no reply. I know myself from work that keeping on top of emails can be hard at times but we are talking weeks here and no reply or correspondence.
I will try ringing them tomorrow and see if they are back from christmas holidays. I'll post what luck I have here.
