In IE it is right-click, "Save Target As..."
In Firefox it is right-click, "Save Link As..."
Works for me...

Ok, here is where you got confused. You are clicking the link, then right clicking, expecting to find a save as choice. WRONG. Here is how you fix it.
Either:
1. Look at your original post. Right click, save as WAV.
2. Click the link. File>Save>WAV.
There you go.

OR download "Flashget" its a download manager that downloads 10x as fast  You just right clip the link, copy file location. Then you open flashget and press the new button and the url will be there
ps. i dont advertise for flashget

Or you could use a utility instead of looping one file.
I use Noisy but it is Mac only so good if you use a mac, bad if you don't.
If you use Windows or Linux or even a Mac still, you can use simplynoise.com which is an online tool that generates white, pink, and brown/red noise on an infinite loop.
All are good options, just depends what you need
