Hi guys. So, I'm not sure if I want to sell these yet but just wanted to see the level of interest in the Head-fi community for these. Here's some information about them:
- Blue leather - no discoloration
- size 6 or 7, which is the largest of the small size available.
- 6ft cable
- Total time usage on my head is maybe 50hrs at most
So while I love these cans, they sit in my closet most of the time and the sad fact is that I don't get to spend as much time listening to music as I'd like. It seems like I'd get more enjoyment putting the funds into another hobby. Again, I'm not sure if I want to sell these yet or not as I know I'll probably never have another opportunity to buy them again.
As promised, here are the pictures.

I thought the Qualias only came in S, M, or L sizes, rather than numberic? Pls clarify. Thx.

The size refers to the length of the headband extension to the cups. If you can find a picture of an SA5K it uses the same system, but its not permanent; it slides. On the Qualia, this can be adjusted with great care and a jewelers screwdriver (phillips), but its really not that important. Mine are set at 7, and my heads probably a 4. Hope this helps.

Sorry that I haven't responded to PMs yesterday. I was in meetings all day and unfortunately didn't get a chance to take pictures. Thanks for all of the interest and PMs for these cans. I'll respond to everyone individually tonight but don't expect me to get back earlier as I'm in meetings again all day today. I will also get pictures up tonight.
As for the sizing, if you purchased these cans from the Qualia store, they measure your head. I was somewhere between the largest setting on the small and the smallest setting on the medium and ended up choosing the small as it felt better and had a better seal on my head.

Hi,
I am sure that you have received a lot of responses for these. I live in San Francisco, so if you decide to sell them, I could actually meet you. I was thinking about $3200. Let me know.
Best,
Michael

hi guys, so after much consideration and more listening, i've decided to keep these cans. once these are gone, i'll most likely not have another chance to purchase them so i figure that it'll be easier to hold onto them. there's also my girlfriend who thinks i shouldn't sell them due to their rarity. luckily she's the type that also has some rare items in her hobbies so she understands where i'm coming from.
it's obvious that my rig doesn't exercise these cans to their potential as i'm not hearing some qualities that others do. i'll probably start saving my pennies for a more capable amp and source. at that point if i still can't get into them then i'll really let them go.
thanks again to all that gave me an offer and good luck in finding your own set of qualias.
