I've not used this the last couple years (went with the iPod) and i have an older kenwood DMC-E7R portable player/recorder for my home rig since it has an optical out. i bought it in japan about 2-1/2 years ago and have everything except the short cord earbuds that came with it...but, since most of you guys all have your own cans, this shouldn't be a problem. it does come with the remote. it is a nice blue color, very light, and the battery still holds a lot of juice. it also has a battery adaptor that uses one AA battery. no scratches and very clean.
